X-WR-CALDESC:DESCRIPTION:\nThe journey for foster and adopted childr
en\, their caregivers\, and the supportive professionals can seem like a r
unaway train at times. This journey is often filled with heart-warming con
nection and heart-wrenching pain (often at the same time) and this ambigui
ty and volatility can often create crisis for all parties involved. How ea
ch party understands and relates to moments of crisis is the number 1 fact
or in how well we get through it gracefully with the least amount of 'coll
ateral damage.' This 2-part webinar series will take a closer look at cris
is so we can perhaps not only better navigate it but also prevent unnecess
ary crisis. NOTE: Although the January and February webinars flow
together in a logical sequence in two parts\, they are stand-alone trainin
gs and part one is not required to view part two. This session will review
