Focus Groups

Each year Children's Aid Society hires an outside consultant to facilitate a focus group for program and agency planning purposes. The focus group consists of clients and stakeholders of CAS. Topics explored include program effectiveness, strengths, needs, weaknesses, opportunities, and satisfaction with services. The findings of the focus group helps CAS evaluate and improve our agency and service delivery practices. We take this process seriously, and we utilize the valuable information gained by the focus group throughout the year to guide our work.
