Description: Professionals serving foster and adoptive families often face unique challenges in providing services to their consumers. In order to support and educate those DHR staff and professionals, APAC coordinates a statewide Permanency Conference. The conference is held annually and provides workshops and keynote speakers addressing a variety of issues related to foster care and adoption.
