FAMILY PARTNERS THERAPIST
Provides intensive, short-term, crisis intervention and stabilization services to assist families in maintaining and strengthening their family life, including individual and family therapy. Travel is required. This position is based in Mobile, AL.
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling from a college or university accredited by one of the six regional accrediting associations of the United States; LGSW, LCSW, ALC, and/or LPC. Two years of proven post master’s experience or a Master’s Degree in the field of social work, psychology, or counseling with five years of proven post master’s experience in family and child services; associated experiences with children, youth, and families. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Computer proficiency. Ability to respond calmly and non-judgmentally to others, including persons in crisis. Ability to work with a team while evidencing ability to think critically; carry caseload as required by contract. Ability to demonstrate cultural and socioeconomic proficiency. Understanding of trauma informed care. Must have reliable automobile, valid AL driver’s license and auto insurance with minimum liability 100/300, clearance with the Alabama Central Registry on Child Abuse and Neglect, and/or other clearances that may be legally mandated or authorized.
FAMILY PARTNERS Family Support Worker

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following only: Social Work, Psychology, Human and Child Development, Counseling, or Sociology, from a college or university accredited by one of the six regional accrediting associations of the United States. Two or more years of direct social work practice in child and family services preferred. Must have reliable automobile, valid AL driver’s license and auto insurance, clearance with the Alabama Central Registry on Child Abuse and Neglect, and/or other clearances that may be legally mandated or authorized.
